Working as part of a growing team at an established UK authorised Investment Manager, this is a demanding and challenging role which will require the candidate to create sales opportunities and bring on board new retail clients, using a combination of initiatives, instigated by the business as well as self developed.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to network effectively and generate opportunities from new contacts while being comfortable developing new relationships.

What can you expect? A competitive benefits package including a basic salary range of up to £35,000 per annum (with proven sales record success), 30 days annual leave in addition to UK bank holidays, pension contributions and private medical insurance. On target earnings of £80,000 + with bonus addition to salary on the generation of a defined objective new business revenue. We expect you to: Create and manage new client prospects to generate enough sales opportunities to help the company to achieve its growth objectives. Create opportunities from company sponsored events. Work with the marketing department of the company to define sales strategies to achieve objectives. Hold first meetings with prospects. Generate report and advice where appropriate for prospects. Present solutions and convert opportunities in to new business. Manage and maintain client relationships with new and existing clients. Maintain your own knowledge to a high standard through recognised industry CPD programmes. Support the team and company in its development objectives.

What you need to have: A minimum Level 4 Wealth Management appropriate qualification held with the CII or CiSi. A proven track record in sales within Financial Services. A strong understanding of sales and business development strategies within Financial Services.

Middleton Private Capital have offices in London and the Midlands and the job role requires a willingness and ability to work Nationwide. The successful candidate will be able to manage a hybrid work from the office/work from home schedule as well as attending meetings at client venues where required.

Work Location: Hybrid remote. Travel to visit clients will be necessary as well as regular office visits to London or Worksop.
