Location: Sunderland (Free on-site parking)
Hybrid: 1 day per week working from home
Salary: Up to 37,000 (DOE) + Annual Salary Reviews

• Option 1: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00
• Option 2: Monday-Thursday, 9:00-17:30 / Friday, 9:00-15:30

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the core of the organisation, supporting a number of advisers and gaining exposure to all aspects of financial planning. The role provides excellent scope for personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to advisers across the business.
• Prepare suitability reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis on financial products and solutions.
• Assist with client reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with advisers and internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a paraplanner (essential).
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who have not yet completed R0 exams will be considered, provided they have relevant experience.
