Management Accountant

An excellent opportunity has arisen within this fast growing, global manufacturing service provider for a Management Accountant to join its growing UK operation based in Coleshill.

THE ROLE

The main focus for the Management Accountant is to ensure an audit-compliant and legally sound accounting function through clear internal processes and controls. As well as supporting the growth of the site. Other responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and meeting all tax and statutory deadlines (e.g. VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing).
• Implementing group-wide accounting standards and ensuring their adherence by continuously collaborating with central support functions and peers in international entities.
• Structuring and optimising internal accounting workflows and responsibilities.
• Establishing and maintaining an effective receivables management process in close coordination with operational teams.
• Preparing statutory financial statements in cooperation with external advisors and auditors, within specified deadlines.

THE CANDIDATE

In order to succeed in the role of Management Accountant you will ideally have experience working as a management accountant within a commercial, production, manufacturing environment, etc. Ideally you will CIMA qualified or similar, and have excellent IT skills. This role offers a progression opportunity to the successful candidate.
