The key responsiblities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will be:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently.
• Ensure the accuracy of invoices and payment records.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment or billing inquiries.
• Support the accounting and finance team with additional administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Job Offer
