Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Directors, providing expert credit guidance and client support.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team, offering clear and approachable assistance.
  • Prepare complex or high-value transactions for submission to funding partners.
  • Assess and select appropriate funding sources, balancing client needs with financial considerations.
  • Negotiate terms with underwriters to secure favourable outcomes.
  • Coach colleagues on credit appraisal techniques, promoting continuous development.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
