Our client based in East Ayrshire are looking to welcome a full time Bookkeeper to their team, on a permanent basis.

Previous finance experience and drivers licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts
• Involvement in reconciliation of control accounts i.e. bank, purchase ledger etc
• Payroll including timesheet analysis and Sage 50 Payroll entry
• Invoicing
• VAT Returns
• Completion of Questionnaires
• Use of Spreadsheets
• Credit Control
