Description:	Job Title: Audit Manager Location: Lancaster Salary: 45,000 - 52,000 Service Care Solution are delighted to be partnering with a growing Accountancy Practice in the heart of Lancashire who are looking to welcome a new Audit Manager to the team. You will be based in brand new, modern offices surrounded by a friendly team of 12. Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct statutory audits across diverse industries and business sizes, both remotely and on-site. Lead and manage audit teams on a project-by-project basis, ensuring efficient delivery. Review work completed by junior and senior team members to maintain quality standards. Provide guidance and support to audit team members throughout the audit process. Assist with audit planning and oversee completion to meet deadlines and compliance requirements. Participate in opening and closing meetings with the Responsible Individual to align objectives. Report directly to Directors, delivering clear updates and actionable insights.
