Description: Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client, a highly regarded and rapidly expanding financial services firm who seek a confident and proactive Head of Administration.

You will be responsible for:
  • In this key role you will managing the busy support function
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring the administration team
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all administrative operations
  • Implementing and refining processes, systems, and workflows as the firm continues to scale
  • Working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and leadership to enhance client service delivery
  • Taking a hands-on approach where needed while also driving team performance and continuous improvement
What you will need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within wealth management or financial planning is essential
  • A strong track record of managing people and improving administrative output
  • The ability to take charge of a busy and growing team from day one
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative and approachable leadership style
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels
