Find out today what a career at the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Manchester Downtown with Pyramid Hotel Group can mean for you!What you will have an opportunity to do: DoubleTree Manchester - Accounts Receivable Clerk - Full Time The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown is seeking a full time. Accounts Receivable Clerk/Income Auditor. This candidate must be an organized self-starter, innovative and have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have previous accounts receivable experience and basic knowledge of accounting and computer operations. Must be able to analyze and resolve issues that come up with regard to collections and credit. Must have a positive attitude.The primary responsibility is to process billing of our clients and guests in timely manner. Processing the daily income and related worksheets for general ledger input. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: On a daily basis, review the activity in the City Ledger and correct any errors in so far as billing information, charges etc. Balance all revenues and payments for the day. Once the City Ledger activity has been reviewed mail/e-mail out all the invoices within 72 hours guest/group departure. Within 10 days of the mailing/e-mailing the invoices a call should be made to the client to verify they received the bill and that they have had a chance to review it. Review the Sertifi system and determine if any payments should be posted. Fulfill all guest requests for copies of folios and or respond to queries about charges on their account. Maintain proper filing system for all invoices that have been billed out and maintain a call log on file. Prepare month end A/R report i.e., summary of A/R, write-off log and recovery list. Post payments on a daily basis for all payments received towards outstanding receivables and resolve any disputed amounts in a timely fashion. Review and do appropriate adjustments to all house accounts, and package codes. Maintain the banquet event orders and compare to revenue posted for accuracy. Perform any and all other duties and job assignments delegated by the Controller. We pay weekly! Compensation: $23.00-$23.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
