Responsibilities
Act as key relationship and first point of contact for the clients
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant standards
Manage the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services across multiple client engagements
Lead and mentor a team of associates and senior associates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness
Collaborate with tax, audit, and compliance teams to ensure integrated service delivery
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices across the accounting function
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
