Accounting & Advisory Senior Manager Belfast

As Senior Manager, you'll take a key leadership position within the Accountancy & Advisory team - managing complex client relationships, delivering strategic insight, and developing a high-performing team. You'll play a central role in shaping the firm's future growth, contributing to operational strategy, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery.

• Lead the delivery of accountancy, tax, and advisory services to an established and expanding portfolio of clients.
• Provide strategic financial and commercial advice to entrepreneurial businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Work closely with Directors on firm-wide initiatives, contributing to business planning and growth strategy.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Managers and Senior Accountants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive process and workflow improvements through effective use of technology and best practice.
• Represent the firm at networking events and professional forums, supporting business development activity.

• ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience at Manager or Senior Manager level within practice.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong technical expertise across accounts, tax, and advisory.
• Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, improvement, and delivering exceptional client service.
