The role:
Working directly with the partners on a range of consultancy projects
Run a small tax compliance portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients - a split of 65:35 consultancy to compliance work
The consultancy work will include employee share schemes, corporate reconstructions, IHT planning, VAT advice, CT reviews, double tax relief advice/double tax treaties, permanent establishment issues, trust tax planning and an array of other areas
