Why This Role?Our focus on SMEs and small-cap listed clients offers variety, learning, and early exposure to CFOs and CEOs. You'll work across audits from start to finish, making a tangible impact while building strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and client leadership experience. You won't be just a small cog in a large machine-you'll be integral to our clients' success. What You'll DoAs a Senior Audit Associate, you'll: Deliver a wide range of audit assignments across diverse client portfolios, working closely with audit managers and directors Work both on-site and remotely, maintaining high-quality client relationships Plan audit assignments, including financial statement preparation and risk assessments Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members, helping them understand objectives and context of their work Contribute to efficient, accurate, and risk-managed audit delivery Who You AreYou are ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) and bring both technical expertise and interpersonal skills: Outstanding communication and influencing skills Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels Excellent project management skills, able to deliver multiple audits successfully Able to build strong relationships, often resulting in engaged teams and additional client opportunities Open to feedback and committed to fostering a learning and growth-focused environment Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office Your Career with UsWe are committed to your growth and development.
