Job Description
Lead and manage complex derivatives and structured finance transactions.
Advise on OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, securities financing, and structured products.
Draft and negotiate documentation, including margin loans, repo agreements, and prime brokerage facilities.
Provide regulatory advice on EMIR, SFTR, and related compliance issues.
Collaborate with energy/project finance and structured credit teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The Successful Applicant
Strong background in derivatives and structured finance; exposure to securitisation and project finance is advantageous.
Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Previous experience at a leading private practice firm or major financial institution.
