• Leading the production of accurate, insightful management accounts
• Overseeing project accounting, including cost control, forecasting, and financial governance
• Conducting detailed variance analysis, highlighting opportunities, risks, and trends
• Acting as a true business partner, bridging the gap between finance, project and commercial teams
• Supporting pricing, bids, and financial modelling to drive strong commercial outcomes
• Enhancing reporting tools, dashboards, and processes
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Rolling up your sleeves to support wider finance tasks as needed

• Ideally part or fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent - or possess strong, relevant experience
• Strong experience across management accounting, project accounting, and cost control
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Commercially aware and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
• Adaptable, hands on, and keen to get stuck in
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and develop within a growing organisation
