We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Middle Office Product Manager - Collateral and Derivatives

The primary purpose of this role is to own all Middle Office product components whilst defining Middle Office requirements for Funds products, including operating model, sales and pricing strategy, marketing and brand adherence.

In this role you will:
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardisation, scalability and drive process improvements
  • In conjunction with IT, align the Funds Middle Office product architecture and design to the IT architectural blueprint in addition to designing and maintaining global product definition documentation and relevant elements of sales collateral for Middle Office elements of Fund products.
  • Provide thought leadership both internally and externally through promotion of best practices, interaction with trade publications, speaking on public trade forums.
  • Make approved Middle Office presentations directly to Funds clients at User Groups, and in response to specific requests from global sales & marketing to represent middle office product elements at client meetings.
  • Preparation and delivery of periodic reports within set deadlines in relation to the performance of the middle office product
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Knowledge of Middle Office Products and its Operating Model as well as commonly used market platforms (i.e. DTCC, Markit, Calypso, Acadia) in addition to a background in product management and delivery
  • Significant operational experience in securities services, specifically middle office processing, with extensive knowledge of collateral and derivative products (listed and OTC) is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Middle Office implementation and transformation, automation and digitalisation projects with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working in a large scale and complex Middle Office change environment with knowledge of systems implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies
