Assistant Finance Business Partner

This role would suit candidates studying AAT or QAAT who have started CIMA or ACCA.

Supporting the Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with preparing business cases for new projects and investments, underpinned by robust financial modelling and risk analysis.
• Streamlining financial processes and improving data quality to enhance decision-making.
• Assisting with delivering in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identifying performance trends.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Contributing to ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Good IT skills, including Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the confidence to engage with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress within a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
