• Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights.
• Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure effective performance.
• Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a finance team effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
