An established and ambitious insurance brokerage is expanding its regional presence in Manchester. The business is recognised for delivering high-quality, bespoke insurance and risk management solutions to a diverse range of commercial and corporate clients.

They are now seeking an experienced Commercial & Corporate Broker / Account Executive to lead the new Manchester office and drive growth across the North West region.

This is a senior appointment for a driven and experienced insurance professional who combines strong technical ability with commercial acumen and leadership capability.

You will lead the general insurance business for the North West region, managing a high-quality portfolio of clients while driving new business and representing the firm in the regional market.

• Lead the general insurance business for the North West region, setting direction and driving growth.
• Meet new clients and develop strong, lasting relationships, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
• Work on the strategic business plan alongside senior management, contributing to long-term goals and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other divisions across the business to deliver joined-up insurance and risk solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Provide technical advice on insurance placement, renewals, and risk management.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage for clients.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
