Commercial Financial Manager - London (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A key opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and financial outcomes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role will be central to supporting tenders, business case development, and performance analysis.

• Leading financial modelling and analysis to support tenders and strategic bids
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape commercially viable proposals
• Delivering scenario planning, risk assessments and insight to support key decisions
• Monitoring contract or project performance and identifying improvements
• Preparing robust business cases for operational investments
• Managing and mentoring a direct report to ensure high-quality output and development
• Improving financial processes and reporting tools to support commercial activity
• Contributing to efficient financial close in collaboration with relevant teams
• Acting as a trusted finance partner across the business

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial modelling skills and commercial awareness. You'll be confident working with complex data, influencing stakeholders, and leading others. Experience in tenders, bids, or project finance will be advantageous, along with the ability to thrive under pressure.
