The RoleAs a Lead Product Manager at Runa, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our payments platform, leading the design and delivery of next-generation payout and funding products that expand our global capabilities. You'll guide cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Finance, driving scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that define the next era of digital payouts. This role blends deep strategic ownership with hands-on delivery. You'll define and execute our multi-rail payouts strategy, mentor other Product Managers, and lead initiatives that enable Runa to serve new markets and use cases.
