Description:	Salary: £53,500 Do you have MD/Director-level EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or Investment Management firm? Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together? As a genuine team player, you'll be a pivotal link in the successful chain. What you'll be doing day-to-day: 12 month maternity cover FTC, starting late Jan/early Feb 2026 Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events Coordinating closing dinners and offsites Processing expenses Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs Can work from home 1 day The skills you need to bring: Solid Team EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or Investment Management firm Ability to stay calm under pressure Team player and a sense of humour Positive self starter Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Additional benefits: + benefits + package
