Head of Investment (North)

The primary purpose of this post is to lead and manage all grant activity (including National Lottery and other sources) across the England, North area. This post will manage the "Investment" Team and work with the Head of Engagement to ensure a strong pipeline of applications. The post will also work closely with the Director, England North, to manage the budget allocation for grants in the North of England.

  • Lead and manage all grant activity across England North.
  • Manage the Investment Team and maintain a strong application pipeline in partnership with the Head of Engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Director, England North to oversee budget allocation for grants.
  • Promote inclusive and accessible heritage opportunities for all generations.

Flexible Working

The National Lottery Heritage Fund has offices all over the UK and we champion a flexible approach to working where this supports our business needs. We have formally adopted a hybrid working approach. This means that most employees will work from their contracted Heritage Fund office twice a week at minimum. Time spent on site visits to projects or other meetings based at another Heritage Fund or external office are counted as part of those two days. The other days in the week employees may work from home.
