Council Tax Officer / Revenues & Benefits Officer (SO1)

Main Purpose of the job:

We are seeking experienced Revenue Officers to join our busy call centre team. During quieter periods, you will also be responsible for completing back-office tasks.

Administer Council Tax accounts and other revenue streams in line legislation. Efficiently and effectively recover debts due to the Council. Maximise collection in accordance with Financial Procedures and statutory regulations. Provide a high standard of service to customers.

Note: Candidates with Previous experince will be considered.
