This is more than just processing invoices. It s a role for someone with drive and initiative, who wants to get stuck into all areas of transactional finance and play a hands-on part in keeping the department running smoothly.

• Allocating payments and coding invoices (AP)

• Posting remittances and reconciling receipts (AR)

• Maintaining the cash book and Excel payment logs

• Cleaning up ledgers and chasing suppliers

• Taking ownership of month-end housekeeping tasks

• Supporting wider accounts duties, depending on your experience

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or transactional finance role

• Someone who takes initiative and doesn t wait to be told what to do

• A team player who s also confident working independently

• Strong Excel skills and general IT confidence (bonus points for pivot tables!)

• Driven to develop and learn study support is on offer!
