What you'll be doing as a Claims Manager:

• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day claims process
• Handling complex claims and making decisions on settlements
• Leading, coaching, and supporting the claims team
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers
• Monitoring claims performance and reporting on key metrics

What we're looking for in a Claims Manager:

• Proven experience in a claims handling role, ideally within insurance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Confident communicator with strong customer service focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
