Group Accountant

MCS Group are looking for a Group Accountant to join a large technology company based in Hemel Hempstead.

Our client is a large technology company based in the Hemel Hempstead area and have multiple sites across the UK&I and the US. They are the market leader within the sector - now is a great time to join their Hemel Hempstead finance function as they look at add a Group Accountant for their growing team.

As the successful Group Accountant you will receive the following:

As the successful Group Accountant you will report directly to the Head of Finance to Report:

• Manage the company's Finance and Administration team.
• Oversight of the General Ledger, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Asset Register and Accounting Data.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Finance/CFO to perform further ad-hoc duties.
• Manage full trial balance and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

The successful Group Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
• Previous experience in an accountant role;
• Relevant industry experience;
• Strong communication skills.
