Senior Enterprise Account Executive IT Financial Management Solutions

The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business sales of Serviceware's IT Financial Management solution to large enterprise accounts globally. This role requires a strategic sales approach, deep understanding of IT financial management, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Serviceware's IT Financial Management solution.
• Target and engage large enterprise accounts globally to drive revenue growth.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position Serviceware's solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Serviceware's IT Financial Management solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company strategy and market demands.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Serviceware's visibility and brand.
• Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

• 5-10 years in Enterprise Software sales, meeting and exceeding ARR quotas of $1M+.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise sales in IT Financial Management, IT Service Management, FP&A, or related software solutions.
• Experience selling to large enterprise accounts globally, with a strong industry network.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English required. Additional languages are a plus.
