PQ Assistant Accountant

Description

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.
• Provide support during audits and assist with financial analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful PQ Assistant Accountant should have:

• Part-qualified status in a recognised accounting qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
