Description

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation.
• Handle employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and pensions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll operations.
• Implement improvements to streamline payroll processes where possible.

Profile

A successful Standalone Payroller should have:

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
