Description

• Manage and monitor the Credit Control process to ensure timely payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate payment collections.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and issue invoices and account statements accurately.
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of outstanding debts.
• Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of accounts.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• A solid understanding of accounting and finance principles within the professional services industry.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications. Xero
