Credit Controller

What will the Credit Control role involve?

• Reconciling credit customer accounts daily to ensure accuracy
• Monitoring and controlling credit limits
• Recovering overpayments promptly to minimize financial risks
• Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address billing issues
• Leading initiatives to review and address aged debtor accounts

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Confident with chasing debt on the telephone
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
