Finance Manager

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Oversee the production of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring clarity for both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Analyse trends in profitability and performance to identify risks and opportunities, supporting key business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, including automation and the use of tools such as Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide actionable insights that enhance commercial outcomes.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and present findings to senior management.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Proven experience in a finance management or senior analyst role within a commercial environment.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent experience preferred.
