This established and growing wealth management practice is seeking a confident, proactive administrator to support a team of advisers and paraplanners. The Role You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of advisers, ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient back-office processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to multiple financial advisers Manage new business processing, valuations, and policy administration Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system Liaise with clients and providers to ensure efficient case progression Prepare review packs, illustrations, and documentation for client meetings Work closely with paraplanners and advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning administration (essential) Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection processes Confident communicating with clients and providers Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities Experience with Intelligent Office (desirable) Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Bonus Scheme: Company-wide, typically up to £2,000 Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home Flexi-Time: Option to work flexible hours (bank up to 5 hours weekly to use before or after work) Supportive team environment with ongoing growth and development The Process 1st Stage: Teams interview 2nd Stage: Face-to-face at Manchester City Centre office | |
