Revenue & Contract Finance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue & Contract Finance Analyst to join our client's Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Finance, ensuring that our project-based revenue operations from initial contract signing to final billing are executed with clinical accuracy in SAP Project Systems (PS).

Responsibilities

• Review SOWs and Master Service Agreements to extract key commercial terms, rate cards, and billing milestones.
• Architect SAP Structures, Translate commercial agreements into SAP PS, creating WBS structures, cost planning, and billing elements that reflect the reality of the project.
• Build and maintain sophisticated revenue trackers and margin analysis models to ensure we are hitting our financial targets.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Sales teams to provide financial clarity on project progress and revenue projections.
• Support monthly revenue recognition cycles in alignment with IFRS/GAAP principles and internal audit requirements.

Essentials

• Experience of 3-5 years in finance, project accounting, or business operations, ideally within IT Consulting, SaaS, or Managed Services.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP PS (Project Systems) is essential. Familiarity with the SD (Sales & Distribution) and FI (Finance) modules is a major plus.
• You can navigate T&M, Fixed Price, and Subscription models with ease.
• Work with pivot tables, complex formulas, and building scalable financial models.
