Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, duties include:

• Lead the management accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Provide expert financial advice to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting processes
• Manage and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence
• Ensure compliance with public sector financial regulations and governance standards
• Collaborate across departments to deliver high quality financial insights and support

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA qualified accountant
• Proven experience of management accounting in a complex organisation
• Good awareness of UK accounting standards

• 12-month fixed term contract with potential for an extension.
