  • Own and grow portfolios of private capital clients, delivering high-quality advice across compliance and advisory projects.
  • Lead from the front-scope and run engagements, delegate effectively, ensure robust technical quality and timely delivery.
  • Be client-facing and commercial-run meetings, resolve queries with clarity and confidence, and originate opportunities.
  • Develop talent-coach and stretch junior colleagues, build capability, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Drive business growth-prepare and deliver proposals, build market presence, and cross-sell wider solutions.

    • What you'll bring
  • Professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong UK corporate tax technical and working knowledge of international concepts.
  • Portfolio leadership-reviewing work, supervising teams, and managing multiple engagements.
  • Business development mindset-comfort in proposals, networking and converting opportunities.
