This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the UK Managing Director and partnering closely with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Lead internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain to optimise profitability.
What We're Looking For
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
Proven track record in senior finance leadership, ideally in pharma or manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
