Your new role
You'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports that give clear visibility into the business's performance. You'll analyse financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and turn those insights into practical recommendations that support decision-making. You'll monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting any variances and working with the wider team to find ways to improve margins and boost cashflow. You'll also support financial analysis for new projects and investments, helping to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains. As part of your role, you'll ensure compliance with accounting standards and work closely with external auditors during year-end. You'll also take ownership of key balance sheet reconciliations, including stock valuations, ensuring accuracy and reliability across the board.
