| Description: | Senior Client Accountant in Practice Our client are a well-established accountancy practice based in Richmond, part of a growing group of 9 firms across the UK with a developing international footprint including the UAE. Looking for a Senior Qualified Accountant to join the team and take the lead in running the business of the practice, with a view to eventually succeeding the current directors. A dedicated 1:1 handover period of up to 12 months will ensure a smooth transition. This is a key leadership role focused on the operational and strategic management of the practice. While client interaction is part of the position, the primary responsibilities are internal mentoring the team, ensuring smooth operations, managing profitability, and driving innovation and efficiency.
