| Description: | Morgan McKinley is partnering with an award winning Financial Services business based in Bristol, to recruit a Financial Risk Senior Manager. This is a key and high profile role within the organisation, which will have oversight of prudential documents (including ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery & Resolution Plans and Solvent Exit Analysis), plus Financial regulatory reporting and Primary risks relating to Strategy, Reputation Market and Liquidity risks. Specific areas of focus will include the following:
The successful candidate will possess significant experience within the prudential / enterprise / financial risk management field and / or appropriate regulatory or audit experience. You will need sound knowledge of risk management tools and processes, regulations and best practice, and will be used to dealing with the regulations and PRA rule book, and able to partner, challenge and support the 1st Line of Defence.
