Head of Marine Cargo Insurance

Fiercely INDEPENDENT Broker who are looking for a Cargo and Stock Throughput Leader to build out a team and global proposition.

This Broker already handles international Hull and Machinery and War business and also often receives cargo enquiries, but are needing a true leader / broker to capitalise on this.

You will deal with both 1st and 3rd party business but be expected to drive growth, develop talent and travel internationally to meet and prospect for new clients.

• Cargo business already in the pipeline to capitalise on
• Great brand in the market with a flat management structure and strong global distribution in place
• Equity on offer for the right individual
• Clear, transparent bonus structure - You'll always know what your bonus at the end of the financial year will be
• Despite their size, they have the level of infrastructure you'd usually expect at one of the larger corporate brokers, this includes experienced Claims, Compliance and Broking teams.
