Driver & Own car required- 1hr maximum commute form the office

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research and due diligence.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to housebuilder clients.
• Negotiate terms and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.

• Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the viability of land opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the UK property market; knowledge of the Middle East market is advantageous.
