Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with an award-winning business based in Bournemouth (primarily remote), Dorset, which is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, the successful candidate will take ownership of management reporting for multiple entities within the group, focusing on budgets, costing, and variances.

1. Prepare annual & quarterly budgets, including communication with non-finance stakeholders.
2. Conduct regular analysis and monitor performance in line with budgets.
3. Support financial planning by providing timely and accurate insights.
4. Develop financial models to enhance reporting efficiency.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure effective teamwork between finance, operations, and commercial teams.

• ACCA / CIMA qualified or close to qualification.
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst.
• Experience working in relevant financial environments.

• Primarily remote role with several days per month in the office.
