As Sales Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of the company s expansion. You will lead new business efforts, strengthen strategic client relationships, and inspire your team to surpass ambitious sales objectives.

What You ll Bring

• 5+ years sales experience within IT Services or an MSP
• A proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, high-value opportunities
• Drive new business acquisition while nurturing and expanding existing client accounts
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and key industry stakeholders
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the Account Management team to deliver outstanding performance
