Job Description
Dayforce Payroll Analyst (INTERIM)
Implementing and managing payroll testing process for DayForce.
Identifying and resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues.
UAT through to BAU (training, development for internal staff)
Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
Documenting all testing procedures and results for future reference.
Training and supporting team members in payroll testing activities.
Communicating effectively with all levels of staff regarding payroll-related queries.
Ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to the company's standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Dayforce Payroll Analyst (INTERIM)
Able to commit to a minimum of a 6 month term (Remote working - proven previous exposure to this working format, references will need to be provided!)
DayForce experience is ESSENTIAL - in a testing, implementation environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exposure to writing test scripts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very strong ability to work independently
The ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Being agile as and when the project progresses to change responsibility and role
