Jackson Hogg are supporting a Newcastle-based business seeking an Interim Financial Controller to provide senior, hands-on leadership during a period of change.

This is a hands on assignment suited to an experienced FC who can bring structure, control, and confidence back into the finance function.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support an existing accounts team
• Review and improve finance systems, processes, and controls
• Drive the resolution of historic balance sheet issues
• Re-establish strong month-end reporting and discipline
• Provide senior finance oversight and leadership
