Package: Up to 50k, standard holiday, pension, hybrid
Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a highly established and experience Metal Supplier in Atherstone as they hire for a Finance Manager to join their dedicated team. This company pride themselves on being dynamic and fast moving and have established a strong reputation within the automotive sector

The finance manager will be leading the business across their P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash Flow, assisted by 2 members of staff. This is a crucial role to the dynamic and success of the company. Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

Lead financially across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Manage the Finance department including a small number of staff.
Own month end processes and oversee balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
Analyse and review departmental Profit & Loss accounts to monitor financial performance
Provide Weekly Financial Performance Reports for Senior Management.
Monitor Stock Transactions And Assist With Part By Part Analysis.
Oversee debtor and creditor management, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and improving working capital.
Liaise with our Invoice Finance Company regarding funding and providing monthly reconciliations
Manage external audits and be the main contact for statutory HMRC reporting from our Sage Line 100 system.
Lead and develop the accounts team to drive high performance and accuracy.
Coordinate the weekly payroll process with various departments within the business.

Finance Manager Job Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
Proven track record in a senior finance role, ideally within the manufacturing sector (but not essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Technically proficient in Sage (or similar systems) and highly confident in Excel

Finance Manager Job Remuneration

Salary dependant on experience, ranging from (phone number removed)
Hybrid working
Standard holiday allowance, plus bank holidays
