The Role

As the Accountant, you will:
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 assistant accountants delivering crucial management accounts.
  • Analyze financial variances alongside budget holders to optimize performance.
  • Oversee cost analysis and reporting for responsive and void repairs.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to streamline financial processes and improve service delivery.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate comprehensive reports monitoring performance metrics.
You

To be successful in the role of Accountant, you'll have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong experience in finance management, particularly with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience in managing and developing team members.
