As a subsidiary of Denholm Energy Services, Andidrain (A Denholm Environmental Company) specializes in delivering a complete portfolio of industrial cleaning services through highly qualified personnel and specialist equipment.

We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team at Andidrain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a growing organization.

As our Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Processing high volumes of sales invoices on company system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Answering and resolving Invoice queries.
• Processing and reconciliation of customer payments.
• Carrying out credit checks and open new customer accounts.
• Ensuring company systems and customer ledgers are kept up to date.
• Processing depot purchase invoices and manage queries to vendor
• Checking PO register to ensure consistent with purchase invoices
• Processing bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation
• Preparing and processing bank payments to vendors
• Processing customer credit card payments.
• Processing credit cards, petty cash and expenses with preparation/approval of weekly wages input sheets ready for processing
• Assisting with any month end tasks as appropriate
• Assisting with credit control and various other tasks during busy periods and holidays
• Assisting with analysis tasks where applicable
